The Investor's Banking System

Your capital stored inside the policy never leaves. Liquidity is accessed through a policy loan, so your money works in two places at one time.

Every investor follows the same cash flow cycle: capital enters an investment, the investment generates a return, and that return either compounds back in or becomes cash. Adding BankLite is simple: store cash inside the policy as often as possible, then draw liquidity through a policy loan when the next deal arises.

The investor cash flow cycle of cash, invest, and return, with transfers into BankLite and loans back out. BankLite provides tax free growth, protection from risk, and 6 to 8% average growth.

Turn Expenses Into Assets

Route large expenses through the policy and pay them with a policy loan, so those same dollars keep earning compound interest for life.

Scenario #1. $10,000 sits in a bank account, pays the expense, and is gone.

Scenario #2. The same $10,000 sits in BankLite. A policy loan pays the same expense, and the $10,000 is still there, still compounding for life.

Scenario 1: $10,000 saved in a bank account pays the expense and $0 remains. Scenario 2: $10,000 saved in BankLite pays the expense with a policy loan and $10,000 remains.

Escape the Debt System

Move your debt out of the bank's system and into your own.

Escape the Debt System

Store your cash flow in the banking policy and use policy loans to pay down your traditional debt, sending each freed-up payment back into the policy.

From then on, every future loan is written by you, to you. You pay yourself back as the bank, so all of your cash flow keeps earning interest and building tax-free wealth and income for the rest of your life.

Cash flow feeds BankLite. The policy pays off a $100,000 debt with a $1,500 monthly payment and issues any new loans from the policy.

Strategy Overview

How It Works

Funding & Structure

The strategy starts by defining which dollars go in: monthly savings, bank liquidity, business or investment cash flow, or repositioned assets. About 10% of every dollar buys a permanent tax-free death benefit, and under IRS guidelines the remaining 90% lands in a protected, savings-like account value that grows tax-free.

  • The money grows and is accessible tax-free.
  • Guaranteed protection against market loss, backed by the insurer.
  • Over the last decade, it has averaged 8%.
Contributions flow into the insurance contract, then split into account value growing 6 to 8% on average and a permanent death benefit
Account value earning 6 to 8% average growth funds a policy loan costing 4 to 5% on average. Money in the account value earns interest even after loans are taken.

The Good Employee

The policy loan is what makes the banking strategy possible. It typically charges around 4% to 5% per year while our dollars stay in the account earning 6% to 8% on average. The loan is like a good employee: it costs us less than it earns us, and money in the account value keeps earning interest even after loans are taken.

  • Every dollar earns uninterrupted compound interest permanently.
  • Policy loans can cover expenses, investments, or personal loans.
  • Loans accumulated are deducted from the account value at death.

Outstanding loans are always covered by the policy's accumulated value and fully settled at death, and can never be a liability or debt to your beneficiaries.
